Intercam empowers and strengthens Chinese Businesses in Mexico | #HumanizingBanking

On September 26th, 2023, Intercam´s President and CEO, Mr. Eduardo García Lecuona, along with Humberto Esqueda, Director of the Intercam Asia Plan, had the distinct honor of meeting Zhang Run, the newly appointed Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China in Mexico.

Relevant topics such as Intercam’s actions with Chinese companies in Mexico were discussed, as well as their involvement and experience in Nearshoring. Additionally, they exchanged insights on the economic outlook between both countries and the current financial situation.

As part of our strategy to be the Nearshoring Bank in Mexico, Intercam agreed to participate in various economic and cultural events organized by the embassy. During the meeting, Ambassador Zhang Run extended a gracious invitation to Mr. García Lecuona to join in the celebration of China’s National Day, which took place later that same week.
